Classic Contest Rules and Regulations:
This contest is open to legal residents of the U.S.
Employees of The Classic Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses regardless of residence) and household members of each, whether related or not, are ineligible.
The estimated odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted except at Sponsor's discretion.
By participating in the contest, entrants agree to (a) abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of The Classic Group, which shall be final, and (b) release, discharge and hold harmless The Classic Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries and promotion and advertising agencies, their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, directors and officers of the foregoing, from and against any/all claims resulting from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in the contest. The Classic Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Web site; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with The Classic Group's Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses.
The Classic Group is not responsible for any late, lost, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries, or responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the Web site; any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Contest, or downloading materials from or use of the Web site. If, for any reason the Contest cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Classic Group which, in the sole opinion of The Classic Group, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, The Classic Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest. In no event will The Classic Group be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of access to and use of the Web site, or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site.
